2019 Australian Olympic Change-Maker Program … Nominations close 23 August 2019

The Australian Olympic Change-Maker program has replaced the Pierre de Coubertin Award in 2019. This exciting new opportunity celebrates and brings together young leaders in sport who are ‘making a difference’ in their school or local community. To nominate, simply…

1. Identify up to TWO Year 10-12 students who demonstrate the Olympic Spirit.
2. Complete the online nomination form HERE.
3. Enter the required details and press SUBMIT.

Nominations close 23 August 2019.

As part of their nomination, every student is invited to participate in a free State Forum – an opportunity to connect with Olympians as well as likeminded Olympic Change-Makers. Forum dates follow and students will receive further details once their nomination is submitted:

• VIC – Wednesday 4 September
• ACT – Friday 6 September
• NSW – Tuesday 10 September
• QLD – Saturday 14 September
• NT – Monday 16 September
• WA – Tuesday 17 September
• SA – Thursday 19 September
• TAS – Tuesday 24 September
